Our verification process
Before any practitioner profile goes live, we check:
- Valid AHPRA registration (for registered practitioners)
- Current professional membership or relevant qualifications
- Practitioner photo and complete profile details
- Service information, fees, and location accuracy
Practitioners with invalid, lapsed, or suspended registrations are not listed. We also run regular credential checks to keep the directory current.
